Paulette Eastman
Director of Catering Sales
With nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality world Paulette put the “pro” in “professional.”Prior to coming to LM in 2019 Paulette served as the Director of Sales at the Halim Museum, a unique event venue in Evanston which showcases a collection of rare and important time pieces as well as unusual and rare American stained glass. Before heading to the North Shore, Paulette was the Director of Sales at The Art Institute of Chicago and the Director of Catering at The Blackstone Hotel. When not working Paulette enjoys traveling, bike riding and spending time with family and friends.

Addie Budington
Jr. Sales Manager
Addie is originally from Chicago, Illinois, where her career in hospitality started in high school! She continued to find herself working in restaurants all throughout college, and absolutely loving the hospitality industry. After recently graduating from the University of Massachusetts Boston where she played DIII hockey, she is happy to return to Chicago where she is continuing her career in hospitality as a Jr. Sales Manager at LM Studio & Twenty-Six Chicago. When Addie is not at work she can be found playing hockey, in the gym, and spending time with family and friends.

Founded in 2010 by Nicole and Stephan Outrequin Quaisser, LM Catering & Events is a part of LM Restaurant Group and provides full-service catering to the Chicagoland area. Additionally, LM Catering & Events is the exclusive caterer and event management team at LM Studio, Twenty-Six, City View Loft, Lacuna Events by LM, and Sky on Nine Rosemont. The LM Catering & Events team has worked to create a full-service approach at these three exclusive venues, in an effort to give clients the complete service they are accustomed to receiving at hotels but in one-of-a-kind settings.
